First of all I’d like to ask how do you really stretch? Because when I hold my dick in the middle with the skin drawn back (I am not circumcized), the skin prevents me from getting a good stretch on the ligaments (I guess the ligaments are the inside part of the penis). It is rather the skin that is stretching instead of the ligaments. When I hold my dick very close to my body I feel the ligaments stretching better but a lot of times I slide off a little and it is the skin again that I’m stretching instead of the ligaments.
