Hi guys,

First of all I’d like to ask how do you really stretch? Because when I hold my dick in the middle with the skin drawn back (I am not circumcized), the skin prevents me from getting a good stretch on the ligaments (I guess the ligaments are the inside part of the penis). It is rather the skin that is stretching instead of the ligaments. When I hold my dick very close to my body I feel the ligaments stretching better but a lot of times I slide off a little and it is the skin again that I’m stretching instead of the ligaments.

I hope I explained it right, if not let me know. I’d be very glad with any input!

Hi Dave, And welcome to the Forum.

Holding the foreskin at the base of your penis is the best way of getting a good stretch . But as you say just moving off of the hold lessens the power you can apply.

You could try stretching your penis downwards with one hand, while pulling it over the wrist of your other hand, then pulling it upwards over the wrist, and the same sideways. Although this is a little more tricky than pulling it upwards and downwards.

I suggest the wrist, but of course any round cylinder type object can be used.

I am also uncircumcised. I pull the foreskin all the way back and grip right behind the ridge of the glans. I jelq some blood in the glans so that I don’t have to squeeze really hard to prevent slipping.

The more you do it, the more your skin will stretch and grow so even if it is tight now, it will get looser after a while.

I always squeeze out all the blood from the glans before gripping behind the ridge and pulling. Of course, skin is pulled all the way back before gripping.

Hi Petit, Thanks for your reply. I am a little confused with your comment though. The two points I don’t fully understand are:

1. When I would stretch the way you describe I would have to hold my dick near the top. When I hold my dick near the top the skin will slide off the penis again and I’ll be stretching the skin yet again, or did I misinterpret your explanaition?

2. This is really hard to explain because I am not really familiar with all the names of the parts of the penis and english isnt my first language. Suppose I wouldn’t have any problems with the skin sliding off and I would stretch the way you recommended, what am I stretching then? The point I’m trying to make is when I’m stretching with the hold near the top I am stretching my penis and a little bit of the penis inside my body. When the hold is closer to the body I am not stretching the penis but I’m stretching the penis inside my body. I reckoned the second was desirable or did I get it the wrong way? Please enlighten me because I am a little lost here.

Hi Richard, thanks for your answer. I understand what you mean but I’m having a hard time getting blood to the glans lately. I will definitely try this one though, thanks!

Hi Upto, thanks for your comment. I didnt fully understand your answer though, are you trying to remove blood from the glans before stretching? I tried pulling behind the ridge but it hurted in a wrong way and I can’t seem to get a strong grip there. Could you elaborate a little please?

Sure, no problem. To squeeze the blood out of glans I use thumb and index finger of one hand (for example, left hand). Then I pull the foreskin all the way back with other hand (in this case, right hand) and hold it from below with little finger while I grip with thumb and index finger (right hand) no more than 0.5” behind the glans ridge.

It was kind of confusing to me as well back in the day when I started, but you’ll figure it out quickly. Right now I’m so skilled at stretching I can’t imagine a way to improve. I stretch 35 minutes per session with quite decent force without any fatigue.
