I’ve been jelqing for a few weeks now, 3 days on 2 days off, and usually the last day of the 3 I’ll very lightly, very shortly, and very slowly dry jelq in the shower (for me there’s a huge diff between using lube and jelqing in the shower). I notice a huge difference when jelqing in the shower (which I consider dry jelqing), but there’s a fine line between noticing gains, and overdoing it.
As far as stretching, I can’t say that I notice any gains at all. I’m not sure what erection level I should be at for stretching. If I should grab from the head or base of my penis. If I should be holding kegels (or flexing) while stretching, or immediately after each stretch.
I know everyone is different, but what has worked for you?
