I have a quick question about stretching.. When doing the stretches 30 seconds every direction. Do you do 30 seconds down, then break for 30 seconds, then 30 seconds up, then break for 30 seconds, etc.? Or do you just do thirty down, thirty up, non-stop? If it doesn’t matter how you do it, which way is more effective then?

You don’t need to rest for 30 seconds between the pulls IMO, I’d skip them and save some time.

Should I take any rest at all in between?

I slap my dick against my leg after every 30 second hold. Gets the blood flowing. Then I start my next hold.

You don’t have to take rests at all.But if you want to that’s fine.
