I have read a lot on the stretches, but I was wondering if the BTC stretches would work for a all day stretch to help with EL? I read somewhere that they thought it might only be good for FL. Any info would be appreciated.

Not entirely sure but I have also read the same. I tried BTC but I just couldn’t stick wiith it. Didnt seem to be all that great for me ..


8/06 First measured @ (starting over again) BPEL-6.0" X EG-5.25"

10/06 (2 months) BPEL-6.00" X EG- 5.50" BUT NO LENGTH :0(

Second goal to measure on 12/06 (4 months) Bpel-6.25" X EG -5.75"
