Stretcher and Numbness

Stretcher and Numbness

Hey all,

Just dropping a note here, took a couple weeks off of PE and have to say that after the first three months of this year solidly gaining something around 1/8”. Not bad after keeping all my other gains.

However, I think I overdid a few weeks ago, and I’m posting for awareness. I was stretching and increasing my time per day, and three weeks ago, I put in 6hrs/day and over the previous weekend still did 2hrs/night. The following weekend the head area of my unit and the shaft just behind had a very numb feeling. not discolored permanently or anything, but numb to the touch.

That being said, I’ve been off for 2 weeks and it seems to have come back. DON’T OVER-DO!!! I got greedy…

A word of warning :)

Amen to that - I did the same thing a few weeks back. There’s no way to rush this process. I’m going for lower tension at 1250g and moving to six hours Thursday per the instructions, but if it doesn’t feel right and I need a week at 4h/day then that’s what it will be.

Mar21 - BPFSL: 6.5", BPEL: 6.5", NBPEL: 6", MEG: 5.5"

Jan22 - BPFSL: 8" (cold), BPEL: 7.5", NBPEL: 6.875", MEG: 5.5"

One Day - BPFSL: 9.5", BPEL: 9", NBPEL: 8.5", MEG: 6"

Ended up taking almost a month off here and pretty much fully restored. New baby and life is crazy so taking a month right now was good.

Also, I did a little bit of the pulling the shaft skin over the head and using a bandaid to hold overnight. It works to increase sensitivity.
