Numbness and Traction

Started using the Jes Extender (with a third-party “comfort strap” instead of the silicone tubing included with the Jes) and I’ve found that by 2 hours of use, everything from the foreskin forward is numb. If I loosen the tightness on “comfort strap” things eventually slip out of place. Any suggestions? Is numbness a bad sign? Should I just grin and bear it? Doesn’t exactly hurt - just unnerving.

Never, never, NEVER, should you be numb. You’re strangling your penis. Look into getting a different head for it like the auto EXT replacement head, or use less tension.
