Hello guys. Last time I posted that I got numbness from clamping, And I took a rest 2 days and then it gone away. Now the issue is What the issue with clamping and numbness? Every time I clamp The head doesn’t feels right like not 100%. Like today I clamp then I felt numbness, Not 100% But still not feeling the sensation 100%. So the question is Is it my mistake. Or it should feels like this?

If your wondering what I do then here we go. 2 days on 1 day of, 3 days on 1 day off. 2 days off 2 days on. I clamp with hoes clamp metal one. And I place another stripe on the middle of the shaft Not metal Something like Rubber but not very tight. 15 Minutes every session 5 minutes rest, 4 times then I warm up for minimum 20 minutes. So whats wrong with that!

I really need to know if I’m doing something wrong or not. Other wise I will jump back to jelqing only So I need some experienced users to answer my question thank you guys.

I had the same thing when I started hanging. No matter what I did I got numb in the end of my sessions. Now I never get numb, my penis got used to it. My advice is to continue clamping but stop the set/session before numbness comes in. Then slowly build up the time.

When did you get numb? I got numb when I did more than 3 sets hanging so I did 1-2 for a while and then I tried if I could do more. Now I can do 6 sets with no numbness at all.

It might me your second clamp mid-shaft bruising your dorsal nerve too.

I do 4 sets 15 minutes each set, I think I should go to 3 sets not 4 until I get used to it. What do you think, I would like you to check my routine in progress section, So you will understand my routine better. Thank you bro

It looks fine to me. Maybe someone with more clamping experience should check it.

Did you jump into 4 sets of 15 minutes or build up to it? Maybe your just not ready for that much time under the clamp.

First, don’t tigthen to hell. Second, do shorter sets. I’d suggest reading Drilla9’ clamping threads.

Okay I will make it less tight. But let me ask you something how tight should it be. Should it make the shaft very hard or just hard? Or just full of blood? I need to understand this point very badly. I don’t want to end up doing it wrong. So please any more explanation

I’ve tried clamping a number of times, using various methods. Never goes well in terms of EQ etc. The last attempt was particularly bad, I still don’t think I have recovered 100 percent from it.

Some may say I am doing it “wrong.” I say maybe clamping is just not for me, so I am done with it. Not every PE method is going to work for everybody.

Pumping and manual squeezes have worked great for me in the past, so I am going back to those.

Just came across this thread this morning, which reinforces my decision:

Numb + Penis is not a good combination.

I’ve only got one dick, nobody is going to issue me another one if I mess up this one.

Just my humble opinion, of course.

Looks like you’ve done very well with girth gains. Congrats!

Thank you bro. I appreciate your reply. And I will take a look at the post you gave me. But The issue is not numbness, I still feel it 90% But what I mean there is feeling that its not 100%. I didn’t mean numbness as I poke it and I don’t feel any thing at all you know what I mean :) I’m Trying to gather information To help me in the further exercise :) Thank you again

Your dick is going to feel a bit different when you’re clamping because it is so engorged with blood.

I have clamped a decent amount in the past, but my sets were only 5 minutes max. I did more sets to make up for that fact.

I also clamp exclusively behind the balls. Despite everyone being scared of it, I have never had any problems. For me I get more engorgement than when I clamp on the base of the dick. I also feel like it is safer on your dick because there is more padding back there. I have never had any testicular problems arising from clamping behind the balls. Just don’t go very tight. After a couple of clicks (depends on your girth of course) of the cable clamp I am as engorged as I want to be. You don’t have to go as tight as you do when clamping at the base of the dick to attain the same engorgement.

Anyways, sorry for the rant. Just be careful. Total numbness is not good. 10% loss in feeling isn’t really a big deal, and like I said I think it is just from the skin becoming puffed up (not the actual inner penis).
