How to stop reduced sensitivity and numbness while manual stretching

Hello

If the mods want to move this to the appropriate forum they’re welcome to do so.

I’m interested in resuming manual stretching after time just jelqing, light clamping etc. Part of the reason I stopped stretching was due to tenderness, loss of sensitivity & a ‘hardening’ (keratinization?) of the coronal ridge.

My stretching routine consisted of the OK grip with multidirectional stretching for a minute or so at each angle for about 8 -10 minutes per session, varying between 3-6/7 days per week (at my most regimented routine.) That’s the way my routine will probably go again, but I’m asking if there’s any material you’d suggest to bandage/wrap the shaft/coronal ridge whilst still maintaining grip?

Thanks.
