starting all over again

having found motivation again, i wanna get started again. I wanna know what a newbie routine is best for the 1st one month? I would also like to hear from some newbies themselves too…thx

My first couple weeks to a month I did:

hot wrap to start
15 second stretches to left, right, up and down (4 sets)
5 minutes of dry jelqing
hot wrap warmdown

Real basic, but it brought me in slow and I actually got some decent gains at that time.

I’m only about 2.5 months into my journey and have gained 1 full inch so far, girth was 0.35” in two weeks but only 0.15” since then. My current routine is now about 10-15 minutes of stretching and 15 minutes of jelqing. I don’t really do conventional exercises so it’s kind of long to explain.

4 sets of the following stretches:
15 seconds down, 30 seconds right (one tug)
15 seconds down, 30 seconds left (one tug)
15 seconds down, 15 seconds up, rotate one revolution (one tug)

2 sets of one minute straight up stretch

jelqing for 15 minutes with the following mixed in:
Horse 440’s (only about 5-10)
Squeeze at base, kegel 5 times and slow, hard jelq that takes about 10 seconds (10 of these)
