Hi all,

Been experimenting with different routines for a while now. I’d like to get back into high-duration manual stretching.

A question for all of you - I usually do about 40 minutes of stretching per day. Is it better to split this into two 20 mins sessions (morning and night) or just do one 40 min session all together?


Starting Stats - BPEL 6.5", MEG 5.2"

[Accomplished] Short-Term Goal - BPEL 7.5", MEG 5.2"

Final Goal - BPEL 8", MEG 5.5"

So first off brother, hope you are doing well!! Like your goals man.

Just curious have you considered an ADS in your routine? Just curious?

I feel the best way to approach this answer would be starting with your 20 minute goal and see how you feel during that PE.

If you feel overly fatigued during that PE stretch consider shortening to 10 minutes.

If that feels too fatiguing cut it to 5 at a time with a minute break in between. And a five minute break after 20 minutes of stretching.

Honestly, I have come to feel that PE is all about what he practitioner can handle and slowly pushing those limits.

Doing manual stretches for me fatigue me fast because my arms get tired after working and working out throughout the day…

That is why I use an ADS. To supplement the inability to do manual stretch for 40 minutes haha.

Thanks for that response! You’re absolutely right.

One thing I should have pointed out was that I did manual stretching for almost 30 minutes a day for almost a year. That’s how I went from 6.5 BPEL to 7.3 BPEL. I felt I hit a plateau in my gains so I took a 6 week decon and now I’m starting up again, but would like to increase the stretching duration.

I hadn’t considered an ADS. I work at the office so I’m not sure how effective (and uncomfortable) that would be. Do you have any suggestions?

Overall, I know I can easily handle 40 min of manual stretching in one sitting, even up to 50 or 60 mins. But I wonder doing it in one session is better than splitting it throughout the day.

Hey brother!!! Wow that is insane those gains with just 30 minutes a day!!! Wtf you are a beast, man haha.

Anyways, I use a AndoPenis ADS at work. I wear scrubs so I know the thought of how difficult it would be to not be exposed haha. Or lack of comfort.

When using an ADS I have a multi layer method of concealment haha.

First I wear boxer briefs to press up against my ADS for additional support and holding it closer to my body.

I usually tape a layer of cotton gauze to my dick, where the ADS will be secured to produce a bit more cushion and comfort.

After securing in the ADS I typically place it upwards toward my head and secure it with my boxer briefs and pants.

At this point (with your length you will have to do this too) I use a compression back brace to conceal my now stretched penis from view and put all that over my shirt.

It helps to have an undershirt and a tank top too. The tank top goes between your stomach and your stretched penis.

The undershirt can go between your penis and the back brace.

Honestly I typically put my back brace on the outer most layer to make less layering.

This way you can do an ADS without people seeing you at work with as much comfort as possible.

Now I do suggest taking a break at least once an hour to let your guy breathe!!! Usually I do a bathroom break where I free him up and massage him a bit before replacing the ADS.

As for my gains, this was all from manual stretching. It felt great and EQ went up too. I honestly recommend length work to everyone because of how great the results are. I find gaining girth takes longer but length is definitely a tad bit easier.

I will also look into how much manual stretching my guy can handle with this ADS schedule!! Because those gains are incredible!

Did you have off days or were you daily PE ing? If you don’t mind me asking.

So I have not had girth gains YET but I see a lot of brothers swear by Pumping and or JELQing! I am incorporating JELQING. And planning on buying a LeLuv pump soon too.

But yeah man. Keep it up!!!

It is definitely ok to split workouts up through out the day.

PE is a long road. “Total time spent…” seems to be a large factor contributing to success.
