Sorry, I did use the search and couldn’t find this question.

To get more blood flow/moving is do the following: using left hand start at the base and slide the hand just far enough for my right hand to grab the base. Squeeze more blood using the right hand then with the extra blood complete the jelq with the left hand.
Besides the add blood flow, it prevent the loose skin from bunching up by the glan.

Question, is this still a jelq or is it sumpin else? It seems the same to me just with a hit more blood flow and a longer stroke since my right hand at the base is holding some of the loose skin.

That sounds a lot like what I call Girth Blasters. Here is a thread I wrote:

So, it does count as a jelq… correct?

I have been mostly doing extenders for my PE but seem to hit a wall at 1/2" (and then increased hours to the point of losing erection quality so I need a change) and I want to change things up to a manual routine for a couple of months but I want it to be benificial, so just confirming my exercises.

I think it is the best way to jelq and the only way I do it. The main focus of this technique is girth as I am sure you can feel from the internal pressure created when you do them.
