Some questions from a Newbie
So I couldn’t find specific answers to some of these basic questions so I’m hoping people might know. Any information is appreciated! My questions are:
- Should kegeling be done while erect or flaccid? I can’t believe this was such a difficult question to have answered but I’m still unsure about it.
- Are there any suggestions for getting and staying at a specific erection level for a basic jelq? This has been incredibly hard for me since I’ve started PE.
- Are there any benefits to jelqing flaccid, or is it a waste of time? I’ve been jelqing at low erection levels because of my difficulties in getting and staying hard for the exercises, so I’m wondering if it is even worth my time for the time being.
Any answers to these questions will be much appreciated! For reference, I’m following the newbie routine almost exactly, using a hot shower in replacement of hot wraps, and a 2 day on 1 off 3 day on 1 off cycle for the week.
