So I couldn’t find specific answers to some of these basic questions so I’m hoping people might know. Any information is appreciated! My questions are:

- Should kegeling be done while erect or flaccid? I can’t believe this was such a difficult question to have answered but I’m still unsure about it.

- Are there any suggestions for getting and staying at a specific erection level for a basic jelq? This has been incredibly hard for me since I’ve started PE.

- Are there any benefits to jelqing flaccid, or is it a waste of time? I’ve been jelqing at low erection levels because of my difficulties in getting and staying hard for the exercises, so I’m wondering if it is even worth my time for the time being.

Any answers to these questions will be much appreciated! For reference, I’m following the newbie routine almost exactly, using a hot shower in replacement of hot wraps, and a 2 day on 1 off 3 day on 1 off cycle for the week.

If you masturbate often cutting back on that might help. If you can make jelqing almost sexual in nature, watch yourself in front of a mirror, and really feel each jelq, that will all help. Not being tired or tense will help, along with no distractions. If you are constantly worried a roommate will walk in on you that is a real flaccid maker!! All of that being said, what erection level are you jelqing at? If completely flaccid is a zero, and a max, rock hard erection is 100%, then you should be trying to be around 50%. Much below that will reduce the effectiveness of jelqing as girth gainer, though not entirely. Many feel that at lower erection levels there is some length gains to be had.

Kegals can be done either hard or flaccid.

Staying 50% erect during PE shouldn’t be difficult IF:
1. You haven’t desensitized your penis while masterbating to porn;
2. Feeling stressed (Roommate, wife/gf; money problems, etc)
3. Have regular erectile disfunction

Jelqing flaccid still has benefits because it messages the internal structures of the penis and increases blood flow. Lower erection levels while jelqing focus more upon length while higher erection levels focus on girth.

No PE is worthless if you have the right mindset and stay consistent.

I also have problems to getting to the right erection level for Jelqing.

My trick is to start thinking sexually until I have a full erection and then wait for it to go down to the level I want.

Once I reach the desired level I just grab it firmly and while jelqing I don’t end up decreasing much.

Starting in 06/01/2015 - BPEL - 5.813 / EG 5.313

Current - BPEL - 6.750 / EG - 5.500

ONLY Goal - 7'' NBPEL

You might also be placing your PE routine into a “work” category in your mind. Think of it as a sexual experience like masterbation.

I would add to HL’s post regarding kegeling. I wouldn’t kegel after each jelq because you will tire out your PC muscles, but only when you start to lose the level of erection you want. I suggest kegeling strongly, perhaps three times in succession in order to build up the blood, and as you kegel have your next grip in place but don’t tighten it. When you finish your third kegel hold it, don’t release that last kegel as you start your next jelq. That way as you move up your shaft you are continuing to draw even more blood into your shaft that will be useful on your next jelq stroke. An additional thing you can do is swing your hips side-to-side as that movement not only adds some blood, but feels pretty damn good feeling and hearing your penis slap against your thighs (erotic/horny works for me in regards to getting my erection level back up quickly!). I also take a few seconds to remoisten my fingers to reactivate my lube after each 50 strokes or as needed, and at the same time I get my erection back up if needed.

Stop masturbating. Ejaculate only 2 times a week for prostate health and preferably on intercourse not masturbation. That will solve your problems. Your penis will easily get hard for pe. After that keep your erections at 50-80% for length and girth training. 60-70% is perfect overall.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
