Skipping off days?
I came across a youtube video on jelqing. The narrator seems pretty knowledgeable, but I noticed that he said to jelq EVERY single day. Maybe that seems more acceptable when there isn’t any stretching involved, but I want to know what you guys think about that. Have the big gainers ever said they go every day or maybe just a single day off in the week?
