I guess my question is how do you find that balance? I don’t want to have to moisturize my dick all the time- getting head would be a horrible experience for the girl!!

I’m not a hanger (just manual exerciser).
Had the same flaky look that appeared to be mild stretch markings when moisturized.
Disappeared when I switched to plain old KY.
Was on baby oil with vitamin E, tried Vaseline with cocoa butter.
I like KY because I find it easier to gauge the amount of pressure I’m applying during jelqing as there is less skin friction. My cock has even lightened a few shades. Almost to its pre-PE color.
KY works for me anyway. The only thing I don’t like is that my hands are much softer nowadays since using nothing but KY and a bit of water.
I do chin ups daily to help man them up, but I still don’t like them that soft.
