Skin Problem When Doing PE

Hi. I’ve been doing PE on and off for about 5 years. To be honest, I don’t recall how much my penoscrotal skin was stretched before starting PE but it’s been getting worse over time.

I’m at a point now that I have a weird turkeyneck(TN) going. I say because it seems to mostly be an issue whenever I’m flaccid; most of the times I’m erect, it would disappear somehow. But even then, the ballsac and the testicles are pulled up on to the shaft; this is unsightly and somewhat uncomfortable.

Now, I’ve looked up TN here and it seems that the consensus is that it’s the result of jelqing in an incorrect way. Is it also possible that stretching with the skin can lead to the same effect? I remember when I used to, with great ease, be able to grab behind the glans without pulling much skin and get a good stretch. That is sadly not the case anymore for me. It looks like either shaft girth has increased enough or glans girth has decreased leading to the glans pull being very hard.

I have considered the possibility of the TN being due to the shaft elongating and the shaft skin not being able to grow with it. To that end, I’ve tried doing shaft skin stretches to help. What makes this so very hard is where the scrotal skin end and shaft skin starts for me; almost right next to the glans. I try doing the stretches even with the little real estate I got to work with but it’s very hard to do.

I appreciate any help I can get.
