Skin hurts when I stretch

Whenever I do some stretches, I tend to pull on my skin quite a bit instead. I have a really good grip on my penis, but I still feel I’m pulling the skin more than the penis. Any remedies or advice?

Make sure to warm up before stretching. This will allow your skin to give more.
