Skin Stretching is the first thing to occur. You need to stress the hell out of the skin. Think of it like you have an old shirt with a sleeve of 32” you want to get to 35”, well first you have to let some length out if it has it. Then you grow to fit inside it( the penis). Skin stretch at first is like an Indian Burn. It takes a bit to get used too. I assume you just started or will start?

I assume you have a Bib? If so the length from the head is on his bibhanger site at the bottom of the page. Read it to death, over and over again, it took me a while to figure it on my own.

What are you starting with dimensionwise on your member? I think you need at least an inch to as small as a half inch above the head. Go with the inch rule while I or somone doublechecks and or corrects it.

There are many posts that will answer this better than I can,but how I tell is if it is a sharp burn it is skin; if it is dull it is ligaments. You will have to tinker to find the best “zone”,you will know when you are hitting the ligs right with a little experimenting.

Thanks guys. I just started and I am uncut, but I do not think that is the problem. I pull my skin back , but everytime I try to put on weights, I take it off because I feel more of a skin stretch, it is more painful . I guess you can call it a sharp pain. My flaccid length is not great , but it is definetly at least an inch from the head. I wonder if I am not wrapping tighter, or I have too much wrap. I am using approx 2 in by 15 in. theraband. Maybe it is loose skin. I do not think that un cut is a problem, because the skin stretch problem is at the base , and that would affect an uncut or cut alike.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated,

Hi Johnny2, how tight are you attaching the hanger? The tighter you attach it, the more you’ll hit the ligs.

Stevie31, Iam using the bib starter and the bottom gap is about a cm and the top is a little less than a cm about .8. I did not toe-in or toe-out. Should my penis be sitting lower in the hanger? Will there be any nagative affects if I continue to stretch like this, and it ends up I’m stretching the skin ? How does tightness affect the circulation?

I like to attach my hanger directly below my circ scar, any closer to the glans is uncomfortable. The main idea of hanging is to stretch the ligs and tunica (depending on angles) and not the skin. It’s weird, but circulation can actually improve when you tighten your hanger even more. Check out this thread for more info on hanger tightness.

I will chime in again to say experiment with the settings on the hanger until you find one you like. It was 4 days before I actually hung weight after receiving the starter because I knew the hanging had to be more comfortable than what I was making it. Also pour over the suggested threads above.

To tell if you are stretching skin or ligs, simply reach down and lightly pinch the skin at the base. If you can raise the skin easily, then you are feeling a lig burn. If the skin is very tight, you are probably stretching skin, and you probably need to.

I know of no way you can possibly increase size without first increasing the volume of skin covering the penis. For me, it would take about two weeks of concentrated skin stretch, in the beginning, and at various points in my PE career, to stretch enough skin, to allow for stretching of the internal structures. I love compound sentences.

You should notice that the higher the angle of hang, the less skin stretch you will encounter. You should apply the wrap and hanger in a way that is most comfortable. Any skin stretch issues should be along the top of the shaft and at the base, since the scrotum should allow for any skin needs on the bottom. If the skin stretch stress is too great on the top, then raise your angle of hang until it is manageable, and over time, slowly lower the angle of hang, stretching the skin slowly.

The key with any type of stretch is to not try and do it all at once, and risk injury. Slow and steady wins the race.

Thanks BIB for your response. I have slowed down a bit but my biggest problem now and for the last day or so is that I am having discomfort with a swollen head. I tried quite a bit to toubleshoot …I loosened my wrap and it did improve a bit. I did retighten after putting the weights, one or two turns. I tried to squeeze the blood out of the glans while tightening, but it refills quickly. This is my problem, my flaccid shaft is 2 in and my head is about 1 in. for a total of 3 in. The starter is about 1.5-2 in. long. I know you want us to wrap at least one inch behind the hanger, and to place the hanger at least one inch behind the head as well. When I put on my wrap I go as far back as possible and stretch the head out one inch, but when I go to hang, the hanger/wrap goes closer to the head, about a half an inch to the head or closer. How dangerous is a swollen head outside of discomfort, what should I watch out for ? What are the limitations in so far as the distance between the head and the hanger ? Is this a tightness problem or a problem with my flaccid?
I am uncut so I was somehow able to forgo the skin stretching, although it might catch up to me later or is currently a little. I am using 5lbs.
