Should I switch up my routing every month like in lifting

Should I do my stretches in a different order or do something different every month as I would in lifting to keep my ligaments confused?

I think you’ll soon discover that PE and weight lifting have very little in common. Some things yes, but most things - they are like comparing apples to oranges.

I wouldn’t be concerned with switching stuff up right now. Just concentrate on technique, watch your P.I.s, and progress slowly with duration. That thread does a good job of explaining it for you. I really wish I would have done a routine like that when I first started. I think I’d be in a much better position.

Absolutely. Wish I had in the beginning, especially. There is a German lad who has had extraordinary good results by changing up his routine every two weeks or so. I will try to find his Thunders name and thread for you if I can.
