1 month in, got results - thanks!
Hey everyone. I started PE exactly 1 month ago on the 1st and did my measurements today 1 month later. It was very tough not to break out the ruler sooner, but I was strong and held out =) Anyway I’m extremely happy to say that I’ve already gotten results. They are minor, but measurable which is excellent. I started out with 6.375” BPEL and 4.5” girth, and gained 1/8” in both over the last month bringing me to 6.5” BPEL and 4.625” girth. Nothing earth shattering, but to me it’s an accomplishment!
As for my routine, I started with about a 5 minute hot wrap, 10 minutes of manual stretching, and then 200 or so wet jelques (like 8-10 minutes). By the end of the month I’ve worked up to around 17 minutes of manual stretching and about 20-25 minutes of wet jelques (counting them became a hastle so I just went by time… I’d estimate around 500 or so). I feel pretty comfortable with this routine and will likely continue it through October. I also bought a BibStarter recently, but didn’t tackle the hanging method yet =) I’ll probably give that a whirl later this month and incorporate that into my routine.
I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for their advice and support. I’ll keep everyone posted as I continue the program. If anyone wants to give me any advice on anything I can do to better my routine/fine tune it, by all means let me know. When I think of my first month gains and think that if they continue at that rate I could ring in the new year with nearly a 7x5 I get very excited! I know that may be a little unrealistic and that gains don’t always continue at a steady rate, but it’s fun to think like that for motivation =)
