I’m new to the PE thing, but did attempt it once when I was younger. I guess I did it wrong (probably jelq too fast and hard) , and now I have more girth towards the end of my penis then at the base. I have two questions.

1. Is it bad for me to be doing any PE exercises? Have I already permanently damaged the tissue, and now can only do more damage?

2. Can I possibly correct the girth issue, trying to do exercises that target girth towards the beginning of my penis only?

Well, here’s my opinion. Jelqing usually affects girth towards the end of the penis and not the base so that is completely normal. You probably didn’t do permanent damage.

To correct the girth issue, I would recommend clamping (good for base girth) only after you have done the beginner’s routine for 3 months.

And hanging.

Well that’s a relief, god I’ve been flipping out over nothing. I’ve haven’t looked at PE for almost 3 years now just cause this minor problem, I’m glad I finally grew some balls and came back. Thanks for the reassurance.

Yeah clamping gave me over .25 in girth at the base relatively quickly, while less on the rest of my shaft up higher. After you are conditioned, I would recommend that as well.

Conditioned? You mean have I been doing PE for a while? No, this is my first week, and even that’s questionable, I was unsure whether I should do the jelq.. So I only put in half the effort needed for that exercise.

Clamping is great, but you definitely have to get back into the swing of things for a few months before you try clamping.
