Hey everyone I don’t post here much, but I do a bit of reading. Anyway I haven’t been PE’ing in quite a while. Had not even whacked of for a while actually until yesterday. I am a bit worried though because I have not had a full hard on in a while. Always like 60% or so. Maybe I am just not horny enough? I tried watching porn and still…The only time it was 100% was right as I was about to you know, and MAYBE in the morning when I was half asleep but I can’t remember. I’m healthy and only 19 by the way. Any thoughts. Thanks.

To enhance your sex drive start taking a multivitamin and a zinc supplement. Zinc enhances the testosterone levels of a person. As you know testosterone is a very important factor in your sex drive. Enough vitamins are vital in a healthy life and one of the first things that goes down when having a bad health is your sex drive. Start taking those but it takes a lot of time before the zinc starts working. AT least keep using it for 6 months.

Also try to find out what turns you on. People’s tastes vary. Try watching different types of porn, decide what types of girls you are attracted to and your sex drive will rise too.

Alrighty thanks for the reply. I have been thinking about it and I am going to try and vary my diet a bit more. I’ve been eating rather healthy, but limited foods, so I’m probably lacking something. Also, this is probably not it but I have been taking quite a bit of Whey drinks because I don’t want to cook chicken, it is the Pro Rated from Costco. I believe it has artificial sweeteners and I’ve been using that stuff quite a bit. I need to get my protein from real food instead.

Yeah, too much aspartame might cause problems as it can be neurotoxic. Also, I take whey occasionaly and it is a terrific addition if taken in moderation and with other foods like in a shake. I know the manufacturer cautions on the whey label not do over do it. That said, what about stress? Extended physical stress is one thing but emotional stress can burn testosterone like crazy - that, and sleepless nights. Also, it might not hurt in moderation to take cod liver oil like Carlson’s. Its rich in EFAs and vitamin D and most of us do not get adequate vitamin D. That can lead to depression and other problems.

My knowledge about supplements is almost nihil. What I know will work to get better erection is a kegelroutine and edge sessions.

Take at least 200 mg of gingko biloba, with STANDARDIZED EXTRACT on the pill bottle or it might be weak. This is PROVEN to increase erections. You have to wait a few weeks for the effect. Doctors found it out by accident when testing the herb on old dudes, who had their first boners in 20 yeasrs or so! TRUE!

I think porn is like a drug. It starts with looking at some pictures and getting really turned on and in a matter of time, you need to watch videos because the pictures aren’t working the same anymore.

If you find it impossible, I would suggest doing what Bird said, but be warned, eventually it will lose it’s effect.

We all go through bouts of dysfunction every now and then. It sounds like the problem you’re having is pyschological. Just remember that not keeping a 100% erection is usually caused by a self-fulfilling prophecy. Just don’t worry about it!

Could be the opposite though, it might be BECAUSE he is watching porn that he’s finding it harder to get a stoner. Because it may be desensitising him to sex?

I am a 19 year old, just like fp20. Since I was 11 I watched porn nearly daily and my sex drive is higher now than it was ever before. I doubt that it looses its effect, or it would over a very long time otherwise I would have experienced it already.

I like the other suggest ins being made too and I have to tell that I am doing them too. Starting a kegel routine, adding some edging to your routine and using gingko biloba are very good suggestions. Try those too fp20.

That depends on the variation. If I watch a porn movie for the tenth time, I have trouble too. But if I watch something else everytime there are absolutely no problems.

I don’t want to scare you man, but if you can’t get a 100% erection, then you might want to take some time off from PE and get back into it, the blood vessels, tissues, and ligaments in your penis probably need some time to recuperate. I’d take a couple weeks off if you are really worried about it.
