Routine question

I’m doing the beginning routine. Is it better 2 days on one day off, or every other day. Does it matter? Also after how long should I advance?

Stick with the newbie routine for about three months before you get into advanced PE.

As far as schedule that is up to you.

Advice of this kind varies. I usually say stick to the Newbie Routine six to eight weeks before you advance to higher intensity exercises. After a few weeks of it you can change your rest days. Some guys do PE five on two off and some do it every day (after at least two to three weeks of the initially recommended schedule.

There are no hard rules. Your dick determines how fast you can progress. If you get negative signs after changing, give it a rest then start again.
