Restarting need Guidance.
Hello my wise Dick heads,(oh god I’m tying to make a pun I hope I’m not getting in trouble here)
When I first started PE I was scared by somethings and stopped soon after because of lack of motivation. I really want to restart but I want to start with some suggestions from you older members because honestly I don’t want to go through what I went through again.. It was very stupid because I thought I could handle it. Is it possible that someone could suggest some methods and workout routine for my numbers?
I just measured myself and I am 6 inches long and 5.1~.2 inch girth wise. I want to really take this seriously so that I can see progress and I feel the best way I’d by starting from square one.
Don’t know if this information will help at all but I’m 19 and I’m 5’9. Doubt that it will but just in case!
