Hi All,
Firstly thanks to all Guru’s of penis enlargement. I need guidance on my problem. I have been doing PE for last 2 months based on newbie theory of thunder place. I see improvement based on the exercises.
I gained 1” EG and only 0.1” of EL. I started with 5.6 ” EL in May after measurement today I see 0.1” increase however girth has increased by 1” ie from 4.3” to 5.3”. I need balanced gains what should I do now?

I follow newbie theory and do pumping for 20 minutes for 2 days in a week. I do manual stretches and jelqing. I have increased reps by 20 to 100 per day in 2 months. Basic stretching from 2 mins to 10 mins now.

Please guide me for balanced length and girth

First, if you saw 1” gain in a month, as far as girth is concerned…that would be a record that no one has ever seen. I would keep doing what you’re doing, for now. As the Newbie Routine is balanced already. Most people gain more length than girth with it. Certainly, no one gains the level of girth you have in only 1 month…doing anything.

I’m not sure how your penis reacted to the Newbie Routine but…if you don’t want more girth, cut out pumping. Pumping is made for girth and not listed in the Newbie Routine.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Are you sure those measurements was in inches? Ain’t they centimeters?

Hi Lenny this is in inches only not centimetres. As this is my first time in my life I am doing PE so I am confused with the results that’s why I am checking with the group

Thanks for your advice to stop pumping. Couple of things that I do which I didn’t mention in the post.

Diet: I eat 200 gms of pumpkin seeds and pine nuts daily. Watermelon and pomegranate juice every 2 days. 1000 mg of L arginine daily. These are additional items that I eat apart from normal diet. In empty stomach I drink (dates and goats milk )milkshake every morning for 5 days in a week.

Lube for wet jelq: I use homemade ayurvedic oil for jelqing. This is prepared by me at home that contains coconut oil, Clove powder, cinnamon powder and black seed powder. I apply this during exercise and in night before I sleep.

Please suggest is there anything I need to change in diet and additional things.
