Replacing the hot wrap
I’m curious about the wrapping that is necessary before and after PE. Right now I hot wrap with a wash cloth for 5+ minutes, during which I do some kegel work because I get bored. Afterward I usually jump in the shower and stand under hot as hell water for a while. I’ve read a bit about heat lamps, though. Does anyone think that doing the workout under the lamp can replace or even surpass other methods of heating before and after?
