So I’ve calculated my fat pad to about a full inch which is depressing because I’m a pretty thin guy. I’m 5’11 and around 160lbs. Seriously, the only places I have fat are my chest and stomach. Does anyone know things I can do to reduce this fat pad drastically? Is it possible to get it down to around .25 without being anorexic skinny? I just started exercising a bunch about a month ago and eating very healthy. My BPEL is 6.8-6.85 and my NBPEL is like 5.95. I haven’t been able to measure with full 10 EQ because my dick is always tired from my extender and I’m also doing a porn reboot.

Unfortunately, for most of us, the pubic area fat pad is the last to go. (If it goes at all!)

Regretfully you can’t spot reduce. Well non surgically you can’t. Overall loss in body fat %.

Exactly. When working out your body will use all of the stored fat, you can’t target it.

The wisest thing, in my opinion, would be to spend a couple of months gaining muscle and only then burn the fat. When you work out to loose weight, you loose fat as well as muscle (although in a smaller amount) so if you just go and do that now, by the time you hit your target, you will feel anorexically skinny.

Of course, the other possibility is to loose the fat first and then try to gain more muscle. The difference is that with the later you will go through a very skinny stage.

It is very counteroroductive to try to loose fat and gain muscle at the same time. I don’t recommend it.

Well the only weight lifting I do is my arms and shoulders with a 25lb dumb bell. I also do 300 crunches every other day. Other than that I’m just trying to make myself run like 5 miles everyday and my diet is perfection.. Fruit smoothie and 3 eggs every morning. I juice vegetables everyday in my juicer so I’m getting all that good shit and other than those 2 things I eat home made chili with 3 types of beans and I also eat lots of nuts.. That’s literally all I eat. I figure I’m getting all the fruits and vegetables my body needs daily plus plenty of protein and not much fat at all.. I put like 3 scoops of rice protein in my morning fruit smoothie.


Current: 6.875 BPEL / 7.25 BPSFL / 4.7 MEG

Goal: 7.5 BPEL / 5.5 MEG

Work out your entire body, not just arms and shoulders. Do abs and do cardio exercises! Keep eating healthy and drink lots of water… I guess doing this steadly for some time, you’ll have your fatpad reduced eventually.

There’s no substitute for a good diet and working out. Even if you’re fairly thin naturally, you’d be surprised how much different you look once you get really lean (single digit body fat %, fully visible abs, etc.) My plan is eat right and do work in the gym to get as lean as possible. If I still have much of a fat pad, I’ll look into spot reduction. Some people get lipo, or you can try a topical fat burner. Try Googling “clenviscerate”. A lot of bodybuilders swear by it. (NOTE: Do your homework before trying it. Clenbuterol is some serious shit.)
