Reducing 1" fat pad
So I’ve calculated my fat pad to about a full inch which is depressing because I’m a pretty thin guy. I’m 5’11 and around 160lbs. Seriously, the only places I have fat are my chest and stomach. Does anyone know things I can do to reduce this fat pad drastically? Is it possible to get it down to around .25 without being anorexic skinny? I just started exercising a bunch about a month ago and eating very healthy. My BPEL is 6.8-6.85 and my NBPEL is like 5.95. I haven’t been able to measure with full 10 EQ because my dick is always tired from my extender and I’m also doing a porn reboot.
