Recommended Vac Extender That Is Worth The Money?

My previous extender, a cheap copy of penimaster, broke. The plastic holder broke apart.
I was thinking of replacing it with a vac extender after doing some reading. It seems like it can be worn for much longer before/without the glans slipping out.

I also wish the next thing I get has an ADS included too so that I can hope to get some gains during the most part of the day, being time limited in wearing the extender to 5 hours per day at best.
But it’s not necessary. Also I hope it isn’t very expensive or if it is, it is worth it.

So what device do you guys recommend?

Also maybe I should note that I’m mainly looking to cure my Peyronie’s disease not to enlarge my penis. Doctors don’t want to treat it because they say I’m too young and it’s not severe enough to be worth it.

The totalman vac extender is pretty good I have that and a phallosan forte. The phallosan however is pretty expensive and isn’t easy to use with handing if you wish to do so.

Does the silicone sleeve of the totalman vac extender hold the penis tight and still?
