I’ve been away for a while with no PE, or a quite long time, about a year or something. Well, my current goal is flaccid gains, because I feel so confident in bathing trousers and underwear near a women.
So my wonder is, does anyone have real flaccid gains? I mean, when you’ve taken a bath in 10 degree water, and your penis is the smallest. Has that state actually become bigger or is it just that you walk around with more blood during the whole day?

Wow, good question. I bet that’s a big insecurity by a bunch of people. I’m sure people do have real flaccid gains, and I’d love to hear about it.

I bet though that us no-showers probably won’t have that no-showness go away even with a bigger package. Growers vs showers - too bad you don’t get to see the growth until later.

That said, I’ve found one way to increase my look while wearing underwear etc. Is to simply become semi-erect. I know it’s not possible at the beach if you want to wear a speedo, but around the house or when you’re with a girl and in your underwear, I’m sure beefing it up won’t hurt.

Flaccid size is too much influenced by the amount of blood in it to give a definite answer. If your BPFSL is longer, your FL should be longer too, but without blood in your penis, I think it will shrink to a very small size, being TA basically like a rubber band.

At 18 I was close to 4inch flaccid. Now in my late 20’s and being 30lbs heavier I’ve lost almost an inch. I felt small while flaccid when I was 18, feeling even worse now with 3”.

I hope to lose the weight I’ve put on and at least go back to being just under 4. I’d be happy at 4.5 and super happy at 5in flaccid. I searched this forum for this topic because on all the forums I’ve searched on PE. There seems to be very little said about flaccid gains. I’d love to know what I can ‘realistically’ expect to achieve in flaccid gains. My Non bone pressed erection is just a little over 5 (again this was roughly 5.7 before the weight gain, and 6.2BPE)

I’d settle for 6.5 NBPE and happy for life with 7inch. If I lose weight, which I’m finding it difficult to keep the motivation going. I could be back at 3.8 flaccid /5.7 erect NBP. If I could also gain an inch through PE on top of the gains by weight loss I’d be happy for life. I’m a complete newbie.
To the experts, or those with some experience Are my goals realistic? Especially for flaccid growth? Or am I expecting too much?

Just to add, all sizes I quoted in my last post were relating length, not girth.

I’ve also realised that my ligs are high and tight, when erect, if that changes any progress I’m likely to make in gains.

I joined these forums a couple years back but have been lurkin in the shadows and not posting. I’ve done PE on and off for many times and since summer have really stuck to it. I’ve made gains, visible ruler gains and i have 100% in PE and these forums. To answer your question. Since this summer (when i started doing serious and committed PE) I’ve noticed more flaccid gain to anything else. I’ve noticed a longer flaccid penis but even more fatter flacid penis. I nevered measured my flaccid in the beggining because I do not care for it but I can tell you that i’ve definitly gained more flacid gains than erect.

I definitely have had some flaccid gains, but they are hard to measure and highly variable. By and large, compared to my pre-PE self, I hang longer and thicker most of the time and am more of a “shower” than a “grower.” I started as kind of a 50/50 in that department but PE changed that pretty early in my career.

I also notice that when I am regularly doing the PE I walk around with more flaccid length and thickness all the time. This seems to subside in a couple of days of not training. I do relatively heavy hanging and clamping girth work and I think it might be inflammation in the tissues and a little swelling keeping things puffed up, kind of like walking around with a fat lip from a fight. I know that when I’ve been training hard my skin and some of the more superficial soft tissues are a little sore and that seems to relate to how much my flaccid size is relative to baseline.

Overall, I don’t really ever think about flaccid length, mostly because I think if you are doing the right kind and amount of work to make erect gains, which is what I really care about anyway, the flaccid ones will follow. So far it has been true.

BTW, I think I’ve read that Bib (who is a PE legend and creator of the Bib hanger) actually has a flaccid length of 11.5 inches, while his erect length is shorter by an inch. He attributes it to the significant elongation of his suspensory ligaments, which shorten when he is erect compared to when he isn’t. I’m not sure if anyone else has reported that kind of phenomenon, but it is interesting to consider.

I have not gained any flaccid length at all really after about 5 yrs of PE and I am very concerned about it but I can get an easy 8.5” in the pump not sure on girth as I have never measured it but I pack a 2” tube.

As long as I keep doing PE and stretch or hang exercises, my flaccid length is about 1” (FG about 0.4” larger) than before I started PE. But after a longer conditional break, it got back to almost the same as before I started. So, my experience is that continuous PE makes my flaccid larger but the gain is not permanent.

I have experienced flaccid gains from very early on. Have found it hard to improve on it from those initial gains but I think I am breaking through that now. I think your flaccid should grow along with your erect gains. But yes it can shrivel at times back to small sizes depending on bloodflow etc

With the Vacextender and Monty’s PE weights (shameless advertising, I know…) I did gain about 2 inches in flaccid length.
I actually gained more flaccid length than erect length.

For me the secret was probably a mild stretch that lasted a long time vs more intense stretching for a short period for erect length.

Hi, answering your thread I had the same flaccid/erect gain 0.5inch, but only noticed the flaccid gain when I was surfing in a damn cold water, rainy day, I got out of the water and while I was changing clothes I noticed that I had a lot improvement couldn’t measure at the time but when I got home I took a cold shower to assimilate the weather and I still bigger than before 0.5 inches noticed that was thicker too in the midshaft

Probably you still have the same BPL size but with the weight gain you had a concentration of fat in the pelvic area, and this is a place hard to lose fat I belive so after you lose weight you might want to get a liposuction on the pelvic area that can pull out the inches hidden bellow the fat
