How do you get more flaccid gains

My EL is 6.5” and EG is about 4.75”. But my flaccid length is 3” and girth is 3”. Am happy with the gains when my penis is erect but flaccid my penis is still small. Is there any way to increase flaccid gains? I especially want to increase girth. Can any1 help?

I’d recommend adding pumping to your routine, if you don’t already do it, and are conditioned enough to handle it now. Also, I have noticed good flaccid gains from using a cock ring/cock strap for a few hours following my routine, and/or the use of an ADS following the routine. Then the usual “drink tons of water, avoid excessive caffeine, etc” also helps. The “never let it turtle” saying rings true. Keep it from turtling as much as you can, eventually you should see it stay larger all the time. At least it worked for me…

My flaccid has gotten bigger since starting PE. It just comes along with gains from the “regular” PE exercises like jelqing and stretching.

Some say Fowfers help increase flaccid length. I have just started doing those myself.

mine’s increased just from 6 weeks of a newbie routine. Still not huge or in any way impressive but bigger than before and I’m happy it’s growing.

I’ll try these fowfers once I’m past the 90 days mark with the newbie routine and I know I’m conditioned enough for new things.


Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Are there any restrictions on using fowfers? Like would it be ok to incorporate it in to a newbie routine, which includes stretches and jelqs etc?

A limit on how many times in one day you can use it. I see on one of the links posted above that 5 minutes is the recommended time to use it.

I did fowfers for 1 night and I could see a longer flaccid.But I think you need more girth gains.

I feel like physical fitness could be a large factor in flaccid length.

Fitness and water apparently. Both I need to work on though.

Like all PE, be sensible and add things slowly and pay attention to your physiological indicators.

I would always say keep to the newbie routine and add things once you have seen no negative effects for a long time. Once you feel confident that the newbie routine is not too much, then add fowfers as you wish. 5 minutes seems like a nice number to start with. You can always increase the duration and number of fowfers you do gradually.

I liked doing fowfers, I for the life of me cannot think as to why I stopped!
