Hi, I’ve searched the site but nothing really explains fully what the best way to flaccid gains are. I’ve been doing pe on and off for about 4 years now and only lately (since following braindrains routine loosely have I gained any erect length, gone from 6.6 to 7.4 in under 5 months) had any gains but they are nearly all erect gains. My flaccid ranges from about 3 to 4 but has gone as low as 2.5. I’ve never been able to improve flaccid size. I’m currently doing wet jelqs, stretches and use a vacextender with bungy at different angle which is increasing erect length. Stats are 7.4bpel, 6 midshaft girth, about 3 flaccid length and 4 flaccid girth. Does anyone have any good flaccid gains and what from please. I only get about 2 hours a day to pe and spend most of that on current routine.

I read that clamping can help you get better flaccid gains. But if you’re a newbie it’s not a good exercise for you.

A few people, like Avocet for example, say that using a cock ring to stay plumped up after a workout has helped. Read Avocets’ post on the “advice from the big gainers” thread.

For better flaccid hang try fowfers, kegels and drink a lot of water.

Drinking a lot of water works I’ve noticed.

But so do all the others mentioned.

Thanks for all the replies, considered clamping as I’ve got them here and have been doing pe a while now. Don’t like pumps, tried them before and I am drinking loads of water because of diet already and doing fowfers in bed. Only one left really is cock ring that I havent tried so will give that a go. Per Kingpole’s recommendation I tried a 8-9 second jelq and I noticed a definite difference in my flaccid hang almost immediately. Although it didn’t seem to help much in the erect gain department.

Basil, 2 hours a day doing PE is a lot if you don’t use extenders and the such. Do a lot of V stretches and circular strettches. They always helped for me. MY total flaccid gains are 0.3+ depending on temperature, time etc. I started at 4.6 and right now, I am hanging with about 4.9-5.1. so….


Obsession is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated.

I have been using a vac extender for a couple hours a day for several months. And a few weeks ago I stepped it up to 8:00am to 8:00pm with only 15-20 min breaks. After one week I noticed a much fuller hang that hasn’t gone away. I am still doing it and my day doesn’t feel right if I’m not wearing it.

I read a post on here a while back that claimed that by modifying the vac-extender with the head from vac-you-hanger you can wear it all day comfortably. Well that is what I did and it is very comfortable just a little bulky. I’m sorry I can’t remember the author of the post to give credit where credit is due. I have noticed definite gains in flaccid hang and girth.

PS don’t forget to fowfer at night or when not wearing the extender.

Thanks, not sure what difference there is between extender and vac hanger head and only stopped using extender as ads because it was getting bit sore after use. Will look into it though.

I was the one that had that idea. No need to give credit. I’m just glad someone else tried it and it worked out well for you. I was actually going to say that is what helped with my flaccid hang slowly turning out the length on it through out the day.
