Quicky supplement question

I bought yohimbe bark in pure form and it made me so anxious I had to stop taking it.

I took it before soccer one morning and seriously thought I was going to have a heart attack.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

I have taken both at the same time before. As with any new supplement, you should start with a really low dose and see if you tolerate it well. I’ve never had any problem with L-Arg before, but I can second a-unit’s comments about anxiety/jitters from yohimbe. It is like having had waaaaay too much coffee, I just felt like I was all hopped up on speed. So start at a low dose, and don’t take it in the afternoon or evening. I’m not sure why you want to take it actually. In all likelihood, you don’t need both anyway.

I tried the 112 mg yohimbe and had no issues. Should I try the 500 mg ?

Dude, what’s the reason why you want to take yohimbine? Just so people have a vague clue on how to help you, you know.
