How long should you hold a BTC manual stretch? The tutorial said 5 minutes is safe so I’m planning to do

4 x 5 minute BTC stretches
JAI stretches
And then 10 min jelqing

Also why is a BTC stretch allowed to be held for longer than a minute when doing regular stretches like SD should only be done for 30seconds-1min?

You need to give a decent amount of time to stretch, I’d say 1 minute per stretch then you can restore circulation between them.

I’d say that is incorrect and you can stretch for the same time with all types.

I like the idea of 30 second stretches. Any longer and they start to get uncomfortable, plus, 30 sec. Intervals are easy to keep up with on the clock.

With the exception of JAI-stretches of course, but that’s a totally different type of stretch (see video).
