Hello guys, week has almost passed when I have started whit newbie routine and I have got 0,39 inch (1 cm) in my length (or I have measured all wrong before the routine :D ).

Firstly I’m gonna stay on the newbie routine first 3 months or more ,because I don’t wanna hurry. Like who powerlifter moves straight on the more heavier than he can or moving on the earlobe stretcher that is currently 0,39 inches (10mm) and moving straight on the 0.51 inches (13mm). It takes time and every what is on the middle should be done, if not it leads to something worse.

But now in the question.

Is it healthy to jelq more than 30 mins a day and does it make results more faster?
Like I have heard some one have done it like 5 hours at once.

But yeah saying it again. I’m gonna stay on the newbie routine and this was only a question. :)

Had in mind too is if safe increase bit jelqing time to 25-30 mins after doing newbie routine couple or more months and does it make faster results?

Don’t think of it like doing more PE gets you more. Think of it like doing the right amount of PE for your body and resting the right amount gets you the maximum gains for your genetic potential. To put it another way, more does not equal more… Less is more. Your average gains for then entire course of your PE career are going to be within 1/16” to 1/8” per month for your first year and diminish into longer and longer periods for the same gains. About 2” in length and 1” in girth, by myself and a few others have gained a lot more.

Congrats on your gains man! It will not accelerate your gaining rate, if anything it will slow it down as your penis will need more time to rest or worse you might get injured or overtrain. As long as it works there is no need to change it. If the gains stop or come way to hard, then you increase either the intensity or the time

Thank you from the responds. As I said I’m going to stick on the newbie routine. And there is no way I’m overdoing it ,because I don’t wanna get injured. :)

First week was a bit struggle to make rhythm of the sessions ,but I managed to make bit progress on that too. :)

It was bit funny to measure ,because I wasn’t so sure of the was the measures right before and I can say I have made something. It feels bit bigger but only a little. :)

I am now 14 days into the newbie routine. My measurement technique needs something to be desired. I cannot be sure of any gains, however the flaccid hang is much greater than before and on a good day it feels like I have made gains. I guess I will use the one month as a benchmark.

I don’t think more than 30 minutes of jelqing would be beneficial. Except when you really are a “more = more” kind of person.

Especially when you are beginning, I wouldn’t increase intensity to fast. You will need the intensity in the future ;)

First goal: BPEL 7.00 EG 6.00

Just my two cents I have been at this for 10 weeks and I only perform 10 minutes of jelqing in my routine. Your unit will let you know if you are doing too much. Just be sure to listen to it. :)

Started PE 6/14/13. BPEL 6.5", NBPEL 5.5", MSEG 4.75"

7/18/13 BPEL 6.75, NBPEL 5.75, MSEG 4.875

8/9/13 BPEL 7", NBPEL 6", MSEG 4.875
