Question about routine
This is my first post here on the PE forums, and I have been doing PE for 6 weeks now and am up to 600 jelqs, 10 min of stretches and the hot wraps via the newbie routine (2 days on 1 day off). I also do 20 Ulis #3’s (not up to a full tourniquet grip yet but still pretty tight) 10 in the morning and 10 at night, and at night I do 5 of those Sadsak things (again not full force yet but slowly working up to it).
So I was wondering, are there any suggestions to add or drop to this routine that I should consider. Should I keep increasing the jelqs per day or keep it at 600. Should I increase stretch time or the exercises I do? Right now I stretch by using fowfers, v stretches, and the plump bend. Or should I keep this routine and just start doing 3 days on 1 day off?
