Question about routine

I am fairly new to PE only been doing it correctly for a little over a month lol. My current routine is (all manual stretches, I am going for length)
*5 min warm up
*5 min stretch straight down
*10 min straight out
*3 min V’s

My question is twofold first does this seem like a decent routine and second I want to do some jelqing any recommendations as to when to do them, before stretches after or later in the day, like dividing the workout? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Hardwork.

There’s nothing wrong with the routine you have, but it doesn’t cover all you want to do. You say you want to do jelqing. So why not do the whoe thing and try the Newbie Routine. That way you get to an established routine, and you will find it easier to get help. Also you will be doing the same exercises as other guys and can more easily compare how you are doing.

So I suggest you give the Newbie Routine a try. Details are at the top of the Newbie page.

And, of course do come back with any questions. Guys here are always willing to help.

Haven’t been PE’ing for too long but I think you should jelq in the middle of your routine, divide your stretch times in half and do half of that before jelq and half after jelq.

I pretty much do Jelqs at the end of my routine. It’s hard to do stretches and squeezes if you’re all lubed up :P So I do those dry, lube up, and then do my Jelqs. Then throughout the day, I do some kegals :)

It’s also very good to keep a clear document of your routine and what you’ve done each day. Then if you have questions, people can tell you what to change, or what to do more of.

Starting [July 19th, 2013]: BPEL: 6.00" MSEG: 4.50" BPFL: 4.00" FG: 4.00"

Goal: BPEL: 7.00" MSEG: 5.5" FL: 4.00"

I am new as well, so take this for what it is worth. You need to figure out what works for you. It may take some time.

I warm up, stretch, cranks, wet jelq, warm down/clean up in in shower, and kegels through out the day. I am going for length first as well, so I focus on stretches mostly and I only do 50-60 jelqs. I will add more jelqs later as reach my length goal.

Keep in mind, less is more for us newbies. Do a search on this topic. Almost all the old timers recommend starting slowly and only adding to the routine when you are no longer making gains.

Consider adding your starting stats to the PE stats on this forum and keeping a log of activities.

Ok thank you all for your reply’s! I like the idea of being able to compare my progress with others on similar routines so I will stick with the newbie routine (maybe throw in a couple extra exercises if need be). I will also be adding my stats and keeping a routine log.

I have a very low LOT tug back disappears around about 7 o’clock should I focus on tunica stretches?

[flameburst202 You stretch that much?] Yes but I feel that I may have been overdoing it a little to soon so I will be starting over with the newbie routine and will work my way up from there (I was trying to “rush” my gains but hopefully I’m over that :) ). As for gains I cannot tell I have noticed a increase in erection quality, but measured correctly for the first time today.

How much have you gained in length and girth?

I’m not sure on my gains, because I measured for the first time on feb 13th, it seems that most people measure once a month (so they can see larger gains?) which was what I was planning on doing. Would it be better to measure weekly so I can monitor gains more closely or would that not be very accurate because of temporary gains and daily fluctuation?

I am a newbie so take this for what it is worth.
I measure BPFSL and BPEL almost every day and girth at least weekly. I do this mostly to check that I haven’t done something to cause my penis to turtle or regress. I record this and my PE activity for the day just to have a detailed track of what is going on. Just my technique.

Thanks guys I think I will start measuring daily or at least weakly, I like the idea of being able to see if I’m over working or turtle necking on a per workout basis. If anyone has any thoughts on this please post them thanks in advance!
