Hey guys I am a newbie just starting out doing PE and I just wanted some info and opinions on devices.

So far in just sticking to the basics I’ve learned on this awesome forum, so much info guys well done!

What are the best devices to use for overall growth, what price are they and what have your experiences been?

I’d begin with the newbie 2 months and then do the DLD newbie if you didn’t gain. If u aim for girth too from the 3 month I’d include ullis.

I begun with heavy exercises that worked for me, but had to quit as it took to long. Wish I had been doing gradually. But I’m happy with the few gains.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Ullis are explaine din the video. you get a 100% erection and squeeze up from the base, the more time , the more blood you push up and the harder the exercises gets and IMO the more girth you might gain.

DLD is a guy who runs MOS (matter of size) he claims to have gained like crazy with his newbie routine that he expalin in hos web site. its about stretching all direction 30s and doing also a couple of rotatory… somebody sent me the link…. I cant find it…. sorry bro. you’ll find in anyways. But first try the newbie from Thunders.

I find pe a bit difficult and contradictory sometimes…. Best think is to try something simple. If it works keep it, if not, increase intensity. If u still not gain try something else….

I’m the first who have little patience and increase intensity very early….

Newbie routine seems to have the most success. Plus I don’t think you need to spend money to grow, just manual exercises.
