I’m not a total noob, but this question is definitely noob material haha.

I jelq in the shower, and I’m having serious problems with stretching. I’m circumcised, so everytime I stretch I end up bringing my skin over the head of my penis. My girth is at 4” and is very hard to grip so I really don’t know how to get the stretches done without gripping my glans (which is very bad i know but i can’t get the stretch any other way) As soon as the skin goes over my head, the tension I feel in the stretch completely goes away. Any advice? I live with two other people so please take that into consideration :]

Can’t you grip midshaft or closer to the base than the tip? Or use a glove or tissue so you could have a better and firm grip?
I didn’t understand if you have done stretching wet: jelqing in the shower is good, but stretching so _IMVHO_ is not advisable, because of slippage problem.

Yeah, are you saying you stretch in the shower as well?

I usually do my warm ups in the shower. A little stretching and jelqing but nothing major. After that I dry off and cover my dick with baby powder. Smells good and is a great gripping aid.

Try pulling back the skin as much as you can before you grip your dick. I grip just below the head and get a good stretch.

I agree.. Stretching is hard in the shower, dry yourself off, then stretch. It works ALOT better. So far, my favorite way to warm up has been hot shower. Works better then the rice sock or heater, at least for me.

Hmmm. I do all of my initial warm-up stretches in the shower. Dry off and proceed to jelqing, etc. Get a grip! :-)

Do I have to warm up before I stretch?

Like say if I wanted to do it a few times a day, do I have to use a rice sock every time?

What about the water is causing trouble for you?

I do it in the shower, using vaseline.

I’m uncirc. But I don’t understand wat the problem is.

I agree about pulling the skin back and gripping right below the glans. I also use a piece of paper towel as a grip aid. I have heard of others using baby powder.
