Hello all, been reading on here and working a basic stretching and jelqing routine for a month now.

To me, the jelqing feels healthy, and feels like it is making my penis stronger and improving circulation, better erections, etc. That’s all good!

but the stretching part does the opposite for me. I feel like I am damaging my penis, and doing something that isn’t natural. My penis feels thinner and and just less healthy.. Anyone else get this feeling?

After 3 weeks of stretching for about 30 minutes, and jelqing for 15-20 minutes, (2 days on, one off) I stopped doing the stretching. The last week just doing jelq’s my penis feels much better and I feel like I’m getting a stronger/healthier penis.

That being said, can I achieve any real length gains without the stretch? Has anyone out there had decent gains without stretching, if so, what were your results?

I would be satisfied gaining 1 to 1/2 in length and 1” girth.. At least I say that

There was a guy on PEforum who gained something like 3 inches length and massive girth only from jelqing…but he did hundreds a day for years…


Doing Extreme Ulies with a clamp helps length gains, believe it or not.

It could be your dick is telling you it’s not ready yet for being stretched or you might be doing something wrong. Stretches are a good addition to a newbie routine, however you have to use the right grip and start light. The strength of your pull should be the equivalent of about 1-2 lbs for starters.

Back when I started PE in ‘97 I did only jelqs. I did do at least 30 mins worth a day though. But I got the better part of my gains by doing that for about 8 months (with two short breaks because I tried using a pump which didn’t work that well).

2010-01-09: BPEL: 19,7cm [7.75"] EG: 15,0 cm [5.9"]

30 minutes of stretching is way too much for a beginner. Cut down to 10 minutes of stretching and do not increase for a couple months. It takes time to build up to 30 minutes of stretching. Your tool is just not ready to handle that type of manipulation. Take it slow.

I get the same feeling with stretching. It totally doesnt feel right. Jelqing, on the other hand, makes it feel bigger, stronger, and gives me better circulation. I only do about 15 min of jelqing a day and thats it. Maybe in a few months I MIGHT add in some stretching but for now I dont do it.
