Pretty New to PE, how's my routine

Hey guys I’m 19 and I didn’t really have a need for PE but.. It gives me something to do and I like seeing progress in things. Actually, although my girlfriends last and only sexual relationships penis was smaller then mine, I still feel the need to be substantially larger then him for some reason.. Guy thing I guess haha. I started out about 6.5 inches BP and about 5.2 inches at the base. Now I am about 6.9 or so in length and idk about girth about the same maybe .1 bigger. I have been doing this routine for a week after completing the newbie routine for a month.

5 minutes warm up
3-5 minutes of stretching all around
5 minutes of jelqing
5 minutes of the jelq in which you stop at the glands and hold for 10 seconds
5 minutes of jelq and release instead of trapping blood constantly, and I work 2.. I guess you call them Ulis I have no idea, where you trap blood in then go down the head with other hand and expand the entire penis basically.
After each exercise I get a 100 percent hard-on to kinda.. Fill everything up should I do this? And also I am currently taking L-arginine, men’s health vitamins, and 1 month on 1 month off bulgarian tribulus due to concern of possible side effects. Also what is THE best way to cure premature ejaculatoin besides experience, I have only been having sex for about 3 months now but 5 out of 6 times I can give my girlfriend multiple orgasms through intercourse but I would just like to know THE best exercise. BC muscle exercise or PC or ways of thought or what.

Anyways all of the stuff on this site interests me and I’m glad to be able to have something like this to take part in.

5 minutes warm up

Well I have the other two jelq exercises as well, why is there a problem? I’m defiantly not interested in anything besides manual work because I’m afraid that it will most likely have long term effects, and being that I’m this young and big enough to get the job done.. I don’t want to mess up a good thing.

You risk over training, just start with this: START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Threads/Info. Do this for 3 months and then start worrying about your specific wishes.

The only time I have ever “injured” myself is with the Uli thing where you basically blow your dick up like a balloon. I had a little bruising and discomfort a day or two after. Am I not squeezing hard enough while jelqing?
