New member started PE routine last week

Hail all,

i’ve monitoring this group for some days and after read some results of others members, i finally decided to begin an PE routine and send my first post.

I did started on 11/20/02 and my measures are:

Erect No Bone Pressed: 6.29”- 6.49” (16cm-16,5cm)
Flaccid No Bone Pressed: 3.74” (9,5cm)
Middle Erect Girth: 5.11” (13cm)

My early routine has based in 5-10min warming, minimal of 20min stretching and 15min jelqing. I do kegels between stretch and jelq (i do stretch 1st jelq) or kegels during stretch and/or jelq. 150+ kegels with some long kegels (spend for 5-15 seconds). Finally i do a fast 2min warm on the shower-bath and have a hot bathe.

Hope to have some gains to post here.
