So I have about a 60 min routine that I do everyday ( which includes warm up/down ), but afterwards I still enjoy tugging the rod because I like the feel of having an erection. I’m not gripping it like a PE excersise, but I’m wondering if I should bite the bullet and just leave my cock alone after I’m done PEing for the day. Is it detrimental to keep the hard on going? I don’t ejaculate, I have read that that can slow down the process of PE gains, so does keeping the penis hard after a PE workout hurt gains?

It seems a good routine, although you don’t say how long it took to get the gians you have made,

But I think that if you continue every day yuou will eventualy (soon) find that you are overworking your dick,
You really need to give it time to rest so I would suggest at least one day off a week. Maybe two days. . But certainly one day.

As to playing with it. It shouldn’t do any harm. But again, give it a rest occasionally

My Routine is 5on/2off. It’s hazy but the routine in the original posts show a MWF routine and a T Th routine.

I’ve been doing PE for about 2 1/2 months. I’m super happy with the fast gains, and pay close attention to neg/pos Indicators. Depending on those I alter my workout with either a lil more or a lil less.

Personally I think keeping an erection after PE is a very good thing. As a matter of fact many routines, such as pumping, recommend using a ring after in order to achieve just that. Just keep an eye on your PI’s and if it starts causing you problems then give it a rest.

I do caution against incorporating masturbation into your PE. There was an ongoing discussion a long while back, and it’s probably still going on today, about whether or not masturbation hurt/helped PE gains, and I’m not sure if there was every any real consensus. My personal opinion is that it’s not helpful to condition your body to associate PE and masturbation, eventually PE can become foreplay :) and you sound like you’re more serious than that.

For some it hinders gains, for others it helps. You have to observe your EQ that nite and the next day and see whether it is making any difference. EQ is a very sensitive indicator of over training.

EQ is the TOTAL picture of hardness, frequency, ease of getting hard, morning and nite wood, how long you can stay hard, how long you stay hard after cumming and how quickly you recover from ejaculation.

Just observe that total picture and you will have your answer… FOR YOU!

Just finished you link reads. Read some of them before, always good to refresh information.

My EQ is pretty good. When I first started I woke up in the morning 3 or 4 times with a hard on like a steel pole. I still get morning wood, but not steel pole style as often. More like %70-80 morning wood. I get hard easily too. One good pic of a sexy lil chica gets me %80-90 in less than a minute, and I can stay hard for a long time. Before I was PEing I used to masturbate for around 2 hours before ejaculation, with full wood. The longer I masturbated the harder I got. That still applies to PE today. Since my workouts are only 60 minutes that’s what spurred the initial question of this thread. I like to go long! %90 of the time I stay hard for about 3-7 min after ejaculation with my wife. So! Thanks for the input and the reminder to keep an eye on EQ for over training purposes.

I do not masturbate after PE, however I do try and remain atleast 40-50% engorged for atleast an hour after session. I just give a few massage strokes when getting flaccid to keep it engorged. I think my results are better by doing this and I have only been adding this the past three weeks or so.
