Okay, guys.. I have a very weak ejaculation force and it’s very discouraging. I have a pretty big penis naturally (7.2BPEL x 5.6EG) and there’s nothing wrong with the urethra that I can tell, because I have a very strong urinary stream, sometimes requiring me to stand a few feet away from the toilet or else I’ll overshoot it. I’m pretty sure my prostate is fine. While I can never seem to locate the thing with anal stimulation, I’m sure it’s working just fine. I’m quite a pre-cum fountain. Anyways, it seems like almost every guy can shoot at least some distance some times. I am eighteen, have been since October, and I have NEVER experienced a powerful ejaculation.

I feel like a moron saying this, but I feel like I must. It took me a very long time to discover “better” masturbation, it took me until this September to ever really understand anything about sex. Pretty late, huh? I’d always just grab, jerk and orgasm whenever I felt it. I’m unfortunately circumcised (I can’t restore due to a lack of money) and I never really learnt anymore than that. I’d never touch my head, I’d never feel around, it’d just be the same five minute quickies I had every time, weak orgasm, weak ejaculation, whatever. I didn’t know any better! It wasn’t until I got together with my boyfriend (as I am bisexual) that I really realized how good masturbation was done, with a good lubricant, longer masturbation times, stimulating all over, whatever.

My problem lies in the fact that I just don’t have strong ejaculations, at all. I’m having incredible difficulty not having five minute quickies still, and I’ve run out of good lube so I just masturbate dry. I’ll be blunt, right here. Is that my problem? I never really experienced strong orgasms/ejaculations with lube so I couldn’t say but that was long ago, when the Kegels probably hadn’t kicked in yet. I’ve been doing Kegels since September, by the way. I’m also very bad at edging. I just can’t keep myself near orgasm without going over and then trying to stop it then having my body react like I had an orgasm, effectively killing everything, or dropping below the point of high arousal, back to the feelings of beginning. Any help on this? Practice makes perfect?

I’ve tried LOADS of stuff. I’ve tried squeezing the head to shrink the meatus (hole at the end of the penis) which worked only once (but only did it a few times when I still had a lubricant) and I got maybe two or three inches off it, I’ve tried timing a Kegel with my ejaculation contractions which, to be blunt, doesn’t work at all, I’ve tried completely relaxing which seems to work a bit, but still not very much, and I’ve tried drinking lots of water which does indeed increase my load size, but nothing for strength. I’d hate to think that I’m just plain stuck like this, just a dribbler for life, but it seems like even the dribblers around here can at least sometimes have a decently strong ejaculation, unlike me. I refuse to believe that it’s absolutely impossible for me to ever shoot, as I’ve never seen such a case.

Oh, and as for supplements, I’ll be brief on that: Not now. I’m completely broke with no source of income. I’m actually still in high school (as I said, aged eighteen) so I don’t really have TIME for a job, I can’t order off the Internet and my local drug store is crap. They don’t even sell L-Arginine or Zinc, let alone anything like Maca. Most guys can do it without the extra stuff, there’s no reason I can’t, right?

I have one last question, a question that is pretty blunt. Is it possible to “over-kegel”? I usually Kegel until I feel the burn and then a little more, but I never really go to the point where it’s causing me great pain, though sometimes afterwards my pubic area hurts. My Kegel routine is like this: Ten Kegels (quick ones), hold for fifteen seconds. Ten Kegels, hold for thirty. Ten Kegels , hold for forty-five, and on until I can’t hold it any longer. If you saw my post a while back about being unable to do a good Kegel.. Those problems have passed. My stomach no longer contracts and I breathe normally during them.

Anyways.. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just want to have a stronger ejaculation, period. Sorry if this post seems a little unorganized, I’ve never been very good at wording lengthy posts on forums. If I was you I’d try kegels (but you already have). This is the muscle that will make it shoot. Maybe you should make sure you are doing them right? On occasion I have shot a few feet, but it is mostly only when I am really aroused. If that does not work, try better stimulation. I found that I shoot farther when I am stimulating my anus and/or prostate. Have you tried this? Oh, and as for not having time for a job? Don’t take offence, but man, it is not hard to find an after school job. I started working when I was 14 and have not stopped since. Supplements are proven to work and if all else fails, I’d say that’s your best shot.

Zman2700: I’m pretty sure I’m doing Kegels right. I see that the penis sort of goes down to my body a bit when I do them. That’s correct, right? As for prostate stimulation, I just can’t find the damn thing anywhere. No matter what I touch inside of there, nothing really responds favorably. It sucks. Finally, when it comes to a job, I live in an extremely small town (around 400 people) with only a few convenience stores. We have no market stores so I can’t get a job there. The town just doesn’t have anything to offer for employment, and the furthest one from here is about fifteen kilometres and I’d have no way home after doing it, since I don’t have a car. =/

The kegels work…to a certain extend.

If you dribble, and I don’t mean on occasion but consistently, have your prostate checked out by a doc. You might have an enlarged prostate, which, in turn, puts pressure on the urethra and therefor your cum doesn’t fly across the room like it did when you were sixteen, and hit her in the eye…;)

Go see a doc and have that checked out.

How often do you ejaculate? If you it do it daily then try to skip a few days, big change that you ejaculate further with a bigger load if you skip a few days.

Uncut4big has a point. You ma want to see a doctor if it is that bad. As for finding the prostate, it is a bit difficult. What you need is a dildo that has a good curve in it. Get real loose and lubed and point the curve to the front of you and insert. Now push the end of it (what you are still holding onto) towards the back of you. You should now be right on top of it and then just thrust in and out. Try to concentrate on putting pressure on the front part of your colon, right behind your balls and dick. A finger just could not do it for me. I can just about ejaculate doing this alone.

That’s a bummer about finding a job.

Uncut4Big: As I said, I’ve never shot. I’m only eighteen, why would I have an enlarged prostate? If that were so, wouldn’t I also have a very weak urinary stream? Ironically enough, my urinary stream is a cannon, sometimes I’ll suddenly shoot my urine right against the wall. It’s extremely inconvenient.

Kegels will help you, but you’re going at it all wrong.

It is possible to over-Kegel. When you finish a set of Kegel exercises, nothing should hurt or burn. And as a newbie to this, you need to start all over again; re-train yourself. If you have any discomfort right now, wait two days and then begin again as if you had never done any.

Start with 20 Kegels, then quit. Hold none of them for more than a second, or less. Forget clamping down; you aren’t ready to practice that. Next day, add 5 more Kegels; short ones. Add 5 more each day. You may think this is going to take too long, but keep in mind that you are exercising a muscle and that it will respond to gradual repetitions. In 6 weeks, you’ll be able to do 100 Kegels at a time, a couple times a day if you want so long as you don’t get any pain from doing that.

THEN, when your muscle is strong, you can very gradually add some duration to each Kegel, but not on all 100 Kegels in your set. Go back to ground zero. Do 20 Kegels only, each held for a some seconds. And so on.

I’ve tried, I really have. While it may not seem too important to you.. It is to me, and it’s something I just cannot shake. As for your little Kegel thing.. Okay. I’ll stop for a few days but I don’t think restarting completely like that is necessary, right? Besides.. I kind of lack pleasure from an orgasm. It’s a slight build up, a minor good feeling then a release and it’s all done, it’s hardly “good” at all.

Well for now, forget shooting. Work on orgasmic intensity. You may shoot farther as a result of a sensible Kegel routine.

If I didn’t think that re-starting from scratch was important in this, I wouldn’t have taken the time to suggest it to you. The intensity of orgasm is related directly to orgasmic contractions which occur not only in the prostate, but also elsewhere. Do your homework and learn about them.

Hmmm, interestingly enough, I believe I’ve found a good way to increase the arousal level that I experience. I decided to give the whole edging business another try, and throughout the day, I would edge three or four times in one masturbation session, but never reach an orgasm. I did this a few times in one day. I was dripping pre-cum basically all day from this, even when I wasn’t masturbating. Eventually, since I don’t have much control yet, I masturbated to orgasm with edging, and despite being interrupted once for twenty seconds (even this short of a time can really take your mojo away!) and screwing up, it still came out with a tiny bit more force than usual. When I say screwing up, I mean that I went too far on edging and accidentally had an ejaculation that I tried to stop too late, but failed. I then, to attempt to counter the effects of the refractory period, “masturbated furiously” to orgasm and when it occurred, it seemed to “spray” out on to my arm in an odd way, and it almost felt as if someone was talking to you and spitting all over you. It was interesting. I think the secret truly is arousal, and I tried to use lubricant (just saliva) and it seems to help with the arousal a lot. Edging is exactly what I was going to prescribe. Your problem is interesting as when I was 16, I basically shot across the room. Now that I am 34, they are getting a lot weaker. When I edge, however, my snake can spit a couple of feet. Since you can’t get L-arginine (which by the way works), I would probably try to focus on edging. Do that for a couple days and on the third day ejaculate. If it doesn’t work, don’t give up on it right away. Sorry about your problem but you know we all have them. We all seem to focus on shit that consumes us yet shouldn’t. Your problem is big to you (try not to take this the wrong way) however, most of us see it as a novelty more than a functional issue. Things may be different in the gay community but I have never heard of a woman even commenting on how far my goo traveled unless she was yelling at me for getting it in her eye. As for now, let’s find and answer for your problem but in the meantime, I hope you don’t let it get in the way of your sex life.

Yep, Gut Scrambler, I agree completely. A strong ejaculation is just novelty, and it shouldn’t bug me like it does, and yet, it does.

Anyways, I’m really buying in to the “smaller the meatus, the more forceful the ejaculation” theory. This morning, I was curious purely to see if this worked so I rubbed a quick one out and on orgasm, I tugged down as hard as I could (but kept it controlled so that my penis didn’t vibrate and make it weird) and it shot out to around my lower stomach. Since this orgasm was the result of a really quick, three minute masturbation session just after I woke up and I wasn’t even horny at all, I’d really like to see how it’d work out if I was at a very high point of arousal. Vater, have you tried this? Look at the size of your meatus. If it’s pretty big, perhaps that’s your problem. I’ve heard that guys who get those really screwed up penis modifications that increase the size of the urethra go from big shooters to really weak dribblers because their meatus/urethra is just too damn huge. I know that my boyfriend, who is capable of shooting two metres, will only shoot less than an inch, if even, if he doesn’t tug down hard when he ejaculates. Just some food for thought.
