Possible long-term injury, scared to start again

So it’s been a while (over 2 months) since I stopped PE due to a nasty combination of overzealous newbie routines, erect jelqing, overstretching and just overworking in general.

The one incident that led me to stop was a jelq session in which I felt a popping pain on the underside of my shaft (I posted about this a while ago). I immediately lost my erection, and was scared out of my mind. My flaccid hang was definitely worse for about a week, but over time it gradually came back. I notice now that my penis is definitely different from the way it was post PE, in these ways.

Before PE, I would get hard TOO easily. Like just thinking about how my dick felt inside my pants could get it rock hard. Stripping and simply being naked would get me hard. In hindsight I can see how this was a problem because it led to me being too stimulated to do jelqs at a safe erection level.
I was definitely more sensitive pre PE as well. Though my time off has definitely returned sensation to my penis, I can’t really ‘feel’ my penis in my pants in the same way that I did before. Before it was like my penis was constantly in this semi-erect state - I could actively feel the bloodflow. Now my penis feels more like a deflated balloon when flaccid. It’s nowhere near as ‘dense’ bloodflow wise, if that makes sense.
I feel like some of my inner penis has been brought out through the stretching I did, but now my girth appears to be slightly smaller. My exit point is lower now as well.
I can get useable erections and orgasm just fine, but at times the EQ is not as high as it could be in certain positions, whereas it used to consistently be at a higher level before, regardless of body orientation. I don’t know if this is a sensitivity issue, physical, or both.

I’m concerned mainly about a recurring pain that I feel in the area the injury happened 2 months ago. Not often, but from time to time when flaccid I feel a pulsating pain there, and I have no idea what it is. The pain is by no means severe or debilitating, just noticeable.

Any idea what this could be? I think my penis works at an acceptable level, but it just doesn’t really feel like there’s much between my legs, especially when flaccid. I still masturbate fairly regularly and I’m wondering if this contributes to slow healing. The fact that it’s been 2 months just worries me. I want my penis to feel ‘alive’ again, and return to an overall higher EQ level.

I would recommend a urologist, tell him what happened and how you feel in that area.

It might be embarassing or whatever, but let’s say it’s a mental thing and he tells you “There’s nothing to worry about”,
then that might be just what you need.
If it’s a physical thing, he might be able to help.

Any kind of injury should be looked at in my opinion.

Seriously, not just as a second opinion but if there is persistent pain then get it checked out.

If you’re lucky it might only be another 4-6 weeks with steroid ointment until it heals up completely.

I would recommend quitting PE. From what you described, is it really worth risking??

Maybe take a break until your EQ is back to normal? Try the newbie routine again with light routine? Never overwork your unit until there is pain. Just try warm up, 5 minutes stretching and 5 minutes jelq 2 on 1 off days as a newbie routine at first. If there is some pain, just stop PE and take a break. :)

I went to a urologist some time ago in the wake of the injury. He manually examined my unit and said that everything appeared to be fine, but did not do any specific sort of tests or scans in the area. He basically said that as long as I can have useable erections and ejaculate normally (which I can) everything should be fine provided I stop the exercises. The actual pain happens rarely (days apart) and unpredictably at this point, and goes away after like a minute or so. I am definitely not opposed to going back to the doc, I just wish I had some idea of what it is based on my symptoms. Also Divider what would steroid ointment do?

Thought I would provide an update.

I went to the urologist and after a physical examination he said nothing appeared to be wrong, and as long as I can get a normal erection (which I can) I shouldn’t worry about anything, suggesting I take motrin to relieve any pain that might be happening. He did everything with a dismissive attitude though, as if he were suggesting that there wasn’t a real problem in the grand scheme of things and that there are people with far worse issues. Which might be true.

I figure that even if my penis is functional, I’ve definitely been overworking it through masturbation. So I’m taking a wanking break, and quitting porn for good. Hopefully sensitivity increases to the level it was at before. It’s been a week so far and the pain in that area is gone, but the strange thing now is that I’m getting a tingling soreness/tightness pain on the underside of the penis. Is it possible to have any “healing pains?” Also would hot wraps be beneficial?

This is one of the reasons I don’t stretch or jelq only clamp! I stretched and jelqed for 6 months and really got no where.

I’ve actually been on a break lately because I have experienced some temporary ED. I don’t know if it’s from being sick, the ridiculous amount of binge drinking and pills I’ve been doing this spring break, or because I have broken something from PE. I can get an erection by myself and masturbate but I actually lost my erection while having sex with my new girlfriend for the first(and second, and third) time. Extremely embarrassing as I’m only 19 and.. Any insight would be appreciated as to what the hell happend to me!

My advice would be to go back to a doctor. Tell him that you have ed. Dont mention pe as this will give him an excuse to dismiss you without doing anything.

To get Amazing EQ

Do kegels daily, slowly build up making your PC muscle stronger and stronger. Eat watermelon daily. You can edge a little if you want but I’d advise only cumming every 7 or 10 days to keep hormone levels at it’s maximum. (It’s different for different people)

Uhh and just think positively. Drink plenty of water for a nice flaccid hang too. Do all this and if you don’t have any serious problems (Which the urologist seems to think you don’t) then I recon your EQ will become really great.

Do this for a month and report back here with the results! :D

I had the same experience as you with respect to the popping pain, though from masturbation (because I get hard very, very easily) rather than PE (and probably because a lot of pressure builds up in my dick and I tend to drag it out for an hour or two), but a couple of days later my erections are back at full strength and the flaccid sensation is the same. I think my unit’s still healing up so I’m avoiding wanking this weak, which is bloody difficult. :p I want to get started on PE next week though so better to just hold off it.

Have you tried getting plenty of sleep, e.g. in bed by 10pm and get up late? Might sound dumb but sleep is when we recover the most. It’s good for adrenal fatigue.
