Please Review and criticize my jelqing method

Please Review and criticize my jelqing method

So guys I just started jelqing, and I need to know whether my technique is safe and will show results. Please feel free to criticize and advise on the method.

So here it is;

The warmup
1) Masturbate to a full erection
2) Wrap penis in warm washcloth for 3 mins
3) repeat (2) 3 times

The Jelq
1) massage penis in herbal oil for lubrication
2) jelq for 10 minutes using 2-3 second jelqs with a 70% erect penis
3) warm shower to wash off oil and to get rid of the erection.

So there it is, a very simple technique and I hope it will do. Please comment on this.
Just incase you need to know I am 5’11 and have a 5.5 inch long penis. Not sure bout the girth. When I measure it I will let you guys know.

All helpful comments appreciated.

Your Jelqing method sounds pretty solid.

After you have done this for a month or so, you will probably be ready to add a manual stretching component to your routine prior to the jelqing

Starting (10 / 2011): 6.50 BPEL, 5.50 MEG

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG

Seems fine to me but I personally like to do the warm up while flaccid. I feel like the heat penetrates more thoroughly this way. I’m sure firegoat would have something to say about this.

I normally warm up with a ‘chubby’ - not completely flaccid, but not erect either. Flaccid is fine though, and erect isn’t ‘wrong’. Best to find your own preferences.

Your routine looks OK Intime, but why not just do the Linear Newbie, as it is known to give good results? Link here: Important Newbie Threads/Info

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Especially since you are just starting out. I would use a warm wrap for 5-10 minutes, manual stretches (up, down, left, right, straight out for 10 seconds each for 5-10 sets), then jelq maybe 40-50 times increasing by 10-20 a week until you get to 200.

But personally I would just follow a beginner routine exactly how it says to. You make very different gains when you first start out doing anything and the more advance stuff like edging (master-bating to 100% and stopping) is more advanced and will help you along the way if you incorporate it later on down the road.

These are things I wish someone told me when I first started out, I probably would be a little bigger now if I did. (BPEL 7.8 EG 5.75)
