Gents,

I am about two weeks into my hanging journey, and after hearing about BTC hang I decided to try it for a session. I have heard from several that is is an intense stretch.

It’s not. Not for me. Not sure why, though keep in mind as a beginner I am only at four pounds. With that being said, does it still have validity to my routine the same as SD I presume? I only ask because if something does not give you a good stretch.. Should you be focusing on stretch of a different type?

Are you new to PE or is hanging your first method?


Start: 15.1cm BPEL

Current: 16.9cm

Final goal: 7 inch

Depends on your goals, too. What do you hope to accomplish?

No I am not new. I have done a decent bit of manual stretching, pumping, as well as the Quick Extender Pro.

Fair question. Well one of my main goals is to increase flaccid as pumping did nothing for me (permanent results) in that regard, but 2nd goal is hitting 9.5 inches BPEL. I am 1.56 inches away so I had hoped hanging might get me there.

With flaccid then, yes, I think that’s a good exercise. Forcing your dick at a steep downward angle helps to weaken the ligaments.
