Penis Enlargement Is Like Fitness

Penis Enlargement Is Like Fitness

Hey there, this is my first post. I wanted to talk about a possibility that PE could be very similar to fitness training in regards to how you progress and organize your PE Training.

If anyone knows anything about training at all, you know that in order to progress you must continuously try to make progress (Overload). So in fitness for example, as a novice you’re expected to add weight in a linear fashion workout to workout (because your untrained and you adapt quickly); an intermediate has to do medium (stimulus workout), light (recovery workout), and heavy day (PR workout), and they add weight to the bar once a week as opposed to the novice who progresses 3 times as fast.

This is happening because your body adapts to stimulus overtime and you have to “vary” your training as you progress to continue to get stronger and bigger.

So I guess the point I’m trying to make is In PE, eventually, you stop making “newbie” gains at some point, and you do something, I’m guessing, slightly different or varied overtime. Doesn’t that mean that our penis adapts to the training we’re giving it overtime, and in order to keep making progress we need to “vary” the amount of jelqs we do, train at higher and lower intensities (I guess how hard we’re actually jelqing), and add in other exercises overtime.

I’m sure I’m not the first person who has thought about this, and I know that the penis is not a muscle, but it does adapt to the training we’re giving it (when you plateau). So I’m just curious as to what you think about this, maybe I’m just overthinking PE.

There is a lot of theory on PE. Some of which supports a similar premise to what you state. Some of which does not.

My question is what is your experience level with PE?

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Not very much, I tried it a long time ago and injured myself, but I was hoping to give it another shot and try to follow Thundersplace’s advice on safety, technique, and so on.

I’m really into fitness though and just thought the way we adapt to PE in certain ways is similar to how one might continue to progress in fitness

You seem like you got your process figured out to some extent, which just sounds awesome man. I think that if I ever achieve some sort of significant success, I would try to personally bring it to science’s attention, not to wag my finger and tell them their wrong, but just to see if they would attempt to study Jelqing.

I think the gym and PE can only partly be compared. The biggest difference is the time lapses - in a gym you speak weeks, in PE it’s mostly months. And a penis is a much more complex body part than a muscle and behaves in many aspects differently and much more individually to training stimulus. You could say it’s got its own head :-)

IPR routines are done in PE, but you need a lot of experience about correctly reading and interpreting your dick’s reaction so that is why it is usually considered being a pretty advanced method.

So the key question is, as TFG asked: what is your level of PE experience?

Oups, my text crossed yours in timing.

So you have not that much experience.

I would suggest you start the Linear Newbie routine on a 1on/2off schedule for the first month. That should keep you away from injuries.

Go light, go safe…

Being into fitness often gets guys hurt in PE. Problem is the principles that help you gain muscle don’t work in the same exact way to gain size. Thusly, overtraining and injury occur.

The theory is always a good sounding idea but seldom pans out as theorized. I suggest starting slow, like Richard65 suggests. Learn more about PE in practical application. Theory when you lack experience often leads to poor results.

Okay, thank you for your advice, I’ll be sure to try to take it slow.

Yup, I pretty sure I overtrained as well as used improper technique. You guys sound like you know what you’re doing so I will listen. Thanks

Think Of Losing Weight

You don’t want to make too much of a caloric deficit. Or your metabolism will crash and you may lose muscle. Losing weight slowly increases muscle maintenance. Cutting out all your calories just make you plateau because of little progression. So that’s how PE would be slow and gradual.

Start Jul 2016 - 4.5 BPEL x 4.25 MSEG.

Peak - 6.6 BPEL x 5.13 MSEG
