Hi everybody. I came over here from LPSG, curious and skeptical about PE, but I figure the best way to test it is to see for myself. I’ve been at it about 10 days now, following a modified newbie routine:

5 mins warmup
5-10 mins stretching
200 jelqs (the middle 100 I do Horse440s and squeezes every 10th stroke)
5 mins warmdown, and 20-25 kegels, with more during the day when I get time.

I only bought a tape measure yesterday, so I haven’t been measuring in a standardised way yet, but I think there has been a little improvement both ways. Regardless of any gains, erections are rock solid and stay that way for longer.

Anyway, my measurements are:

BPEL: 24.2cm
EG: 15.4cm


BPEL: 28cm
EG: 17.5cm

Any advice/comments are welcome.

If I were you I would only want some girth gain maybe 2 cm. But don’t you think 28 cm is a little to much for the average girl to handle?

The goal stats I just picked out of the air - I’m just going to try the exercises and see where it gets me, as I started out skeptical before reading much of this site. Smaller guys take note - well hung men don’t tend to sit around being all impressed with their package, there’s an much anxiety, worry and wanting just a little bit extra as with anybody else ;-)
