Hi everybody. I came over here from LPSG, curious and skeptical about PE, but I figure the best way to test it is to see for myself. I’ve been at it about 10 days now, following a modified newbie routine:
5 mins warmup
5-10 mins stretching
200 jelqs (the middle 100 I do Horse440s and squeezes every 10th stroke)
5 mins warmdown, and 20-25 kegels, with more during the day when I get time.
I only bought a tape measure yesterday, so I haven’t been measuring in a standardised way yet, but I think there has been a little improvement both ways. Regardless of any gains, erections are rock solid and stay that way for longer.
