Only Kegels for Gains?

I’m wondering if any of you really dedicated to kegels for gains in girth? I was thinking to really dedicate 30-45 minutes only to kegels and treat it as a muscle workout. I would do then one day rest one day training. What do you think? It could work? After reading here on the forum I discovered that penis after all have some muscles inside that can grow. Or am I wrong?

Hmmm… That is an interesting thought that I would love to hear more input on honestly.

I do KEGELS every day. But I am unsure if there have been anything more than improved EQ and ease of stopping cumming.

I do not know if KEGELS alone would suffice on equal gains other than perhaps using 100% of your current size at a higher EQ which may APPEAR to result in gains as you may be unadjusted to full erection length/girth.

What do you guys think? If you find out more be sure to let us know brother!!!

I think to really feel the soreness, you need to really dedicate to kegels 30 minutes workout minimum. And if the muscles somehow tear up and you have a rest day after so it can grow, it would make sense. I didn’t find anyone to actually try it for one month. Maybe I’ll be the first.. I noticed lately when I do kegels and my muscles are stronger I can really squeeze them mire and after few strokes I can see penis getting thicker. Like when you’re doing biceps workout and after the workout you see the muscles popped out.

Hmmm I see. Yeah do 500 KEGEL at 5 second holds each. Which I think adds up to about 40 minutes, but I have not tried to check out my “pump” afterwards.

That is an interesting thought I will look at and see. But I also do that almost daily without a rest period except maybe once a week…

Perhaps I should start adding rest periods???

The most gains I see from the guys is by stretching and jelqing. And in this case you’re not growing muscles, but you are forcing cells to divide and adapt the new bigger state of penis. Kegels are activating some kind of muscles, or else we wouldn’t see movement while doing them. But I think it takes much more time and dedication to grow them. Maybe I’ll try one month focusing just on kegels. For now I’m sticking to my newbie routine until july with jelqs and stretching. I do kegels just in case while stretching to stretch even more.

In my teens I spent a lot of time (45-60) minutes per day doing kegels when erect. Basically I edged nearly everyday. I remember being so hard it nearly hurt.

Is that why I never really had a problem with girth (5.5”)? We may never know …

Might want to be careful of excess kegels. Some people can get pelvic floor dysfunction from it and actually have the opposite effect of reduced blood flow (leading to smaller functional size). There’s a whole subreddit of people who have hypertonic pelvic floors that cause all sorts of issues and can even need a PT to straighten out. Not saying this will happen to you but be careful.

Most likely kegels will not give an increase in size.

They will help with EQ and be supplemental to any routine you may be doing.
