I’m interested in starting a routine, but since my MSEG is already 6 inches I’m mainly interested in length gains. Should I just stay away from jelqs and focus on stretching for now? I’m about 6.5” BPEL and my goal would be to add an inch or so.

An inch is reasonable, in my opinion a good routine should be made with both jelqs and stretches.

In my opinion a stretch only routine isn’t good as a stretch+jelq routine even if you want only lenght.

I would avoid jelqs as the expand all tissues.

I would imagine that stretches are your only option, but don’t be surprised if you get girth increases as well.

I never once set out to deliberately increase my girth, but got an inch!


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

A lot of people made good lenght and girth gains by the mix of the 2.
If he don’t want more girth is a different thing

Well just for the visual I would of course like more girth, but in reality it’s not practical. I’ve already been shot down in the past because of my girth when it comes to anal (“you’d rip me apart”, lol). My current GF loves it as it is and she can handle me anally (as could my previous GF), but she scrapes her teeth on it during oral, as did my previous GF. I’d mainly like some length to create some visual balance. So maybe I could try a stretching-only routine and see how far that takes me?

Yeah, see hoe that works for a while, though check out the newbie routine for informations sake anyway.

Doing something similar myself and only jelqing for blood flow. I like it thus far.

And reading the newbie routine and info is manditory here, for your units safety, bad shit CAN happen.

I read that if you jelq while flaccid/semi-erect, you’ll get length gains while jelqin when past semi-erect to like 80-90% erect will give girth gains.
