Hey, I’ve been looking on what pumping is and how you do it for like 2-3 hours in total. Can someone tell me what it is and how you do it? Thanks.

No thats not how long I want to do it for. Thats how long I’ve been looking for what is it.And thank you that cleared everything up I knew what it was I just thought it was some new PE exercise.
